December 2013: Our paper "POD: Performance Oriented I/O Deduplication for Primary Storage Systems in the Cloud" has been accepted by the 28th IEEE International Parallel & Distributed Processing Symposium (IPDPS’14) (Acceptance Rate: 21.1%).
October 2013: We have established a collaborative research project with Intel on large-scale storage systems. Under the project, Intel loans us six high-performance servers and five storage nodes. Now our experimental platform consists of 450GB DRAM, 2.5TB SSDs, and 30TB HDDs (see pics).
